I’ve been informed by a source in the know that this is actually a production from Tollywood (southern India) rather than Bollywood, as they are speaking Tamil, not Hindi.

I believe this was a cereal commercial from 1984 for Crackopuffs, the world’s most addictive cereal. The song lyrics are, “If you don’t understand this commercial, eat a bowl of Crackopuffs right now. It will all begin to make sense and you’ll never want it to end. And it won’t. One more lovin’ spoonful. Just one more lovin’ spoonful. Soon you’ll be jacking cars to get just one more lovin’ spoonful.”
