It’s funny looking through these and seeing artists that used to be famous, before most of the people who spend time on this site were born. It doesn’t look like people recognize them, though. Freddy Fender had a couple hits back in the 70′s, like “Before the Next Teardrop Falls” and “Wasted Days and Wasted Nights”. If you don’t recognize the titles, I bet you’d recognize the music. He’s a South Texas tejano/country music staple.

And yes, the hair is biblical.
